It is for security purpose, this thing you see that is not a big deal can be used as advantage by criminals to keep eye on what time people enter their house and rob them,you guys can come during the day but not at night it’s not normal naa , he is doing his job as a security . Pls I beg you this thing is not a big deal,some people literally stay at the middle of the road to take pics during the day and night , especially at the front of S.S.A VILLA , that corner is very dangerous because of its blind spots for people coming from both sides .
