you haven't seen how those CECA works, disappearing to coffee breaks 4-5 times a day. Suka suka go home. Those that were under me already fired. but other departments I see their head, same color same pattern. and these people ain't paid lesser than 6k to 8k

they left their families and trade life for money. since their family isnt here, they can work like crazy. when they get high rank enough, convert Singaporean and keep spouse's citizenship. hire their community. buy our houses, retire like kings later in their home country. A Malaysian earning sgd4k is equal to Rm12k. He can buy a landed property in 10 years. A Singaporean earning Sgd12k can only buy a smaller landed property after 30 years. Pap MPs can buy in 1 year. 👹👹👹

From my experience, hungry does not translate to productivity. They are just hungry. That's all to it. Work wise, most cant even do half the shit as good as a Singaporean. But business owners love them cause they are cheaper. They don't mind the other aspects of them being lousy at their jobs. The business owners apparently can live with that.

I recently join a local sme f&b as a PPT service staff. 2 team leaders a indian malaysian at 30 already bought a RM600k double story house in JB. I can feel he dont like to work with Singaprean as we are not easy to be boss around. The other 3 staffs are viet already a citizen a pinoy PR and a indo llongterm pass on the first day I can feel their hostility. After 1 week I was on MC as working together with him during closing with him was so hectic as he wants to leave at sharp 10pm. I wrote to HR and complain and they were suppose to stay till 10.30pm. I can feel they dont like me but I am staying as I like the timing and off days plus this is my country. I want to see how they can get rid of me

recently there was a Singaporean guy layoff by two foreigner management position. this Singaporean in my company help to migrate the system then they told his position is redundant and gave him a remuneration package to go. MINDEF you want us to serve national service wasted 2 years and 10 years cycle for this ? 🤡
