@fitgreenmind: This and NO OTHER potato salad! 🙅♀️ RECIPE potato salad: -1kg small potatoes, cook 6-7mins Drain and cut in chunks. -1 Tbsp oil -salt to taste -2 Tsp paprika Bake or air fry at 200C for 20-30mins. Dressing: -1 big Tbsp vegan cream cheese -3 Tbsp vegan yogurt -1/2 Tbsp vinegar -1/2 Tbsp agave -1/2 Tsp gochujang -salt to taste Mix well. -2 scallion greens, chopped -2 Tbsp kimchi (optional), chopped Add everything with the potatoes to the dressing. Mix well and serve.
