I mean it’s not illegal but this guy needs to think about safety!! She even states that she felt uncomfortable (another word for unsafe). If she felt unsafe, why would you continuously make her feel unsafe. What if she had felt the need to protect herself for whatever reason because she deemed you a threat. People record cars to break into them (happened to me) so I understand her concern. She just seems untrusting of you and you kind of proved her right. If you’re trying to do this recording thing that’s been going around, maybe try to grab less attention just for safety on both sides.
