I’ve been using same product for 11 months now. Got faulted in February, took it to there office at Allen Ikeja and they replaced the damaged part. Within 2 hours, it was ready. Been using it since and working fine. I feel, the problems are from 1. Maintaining it. 2. Dealers insincerity and 3. The over hyping. What they told me damaged mine was too many dust on the panel and lack of adequate ventilation. They told me how best to use it and I’ve been doing that. I relocated it away from the dusty area I put it initially and always unplug the panel and plugs when it’s raining. This one here is poorly used and it shows on the case. Sometimes it’s just our inability to maintain these gadgets well that damage them. They are fragile. Best is proper solar if you have the budget to do so but this too will serve if well managed

I had worst experience with this same product.whenever it got full by solar panels. It will stop charging while I’m still using it… then when it reduce to 97 it begins to charge again… before u know am e go trip off. And once it trip off… it won’t be on function again. It’s a waste of effort.. I just switched to cola 3600

The product is actually very good and I commend the after sales reps. They listen and attend/repair free. My area light was bad and caused mine to be faulty and I sent it down to lag and it got fixed within a day and was sent the next day, I’ve been using since then, No fault. My advice is, if you experience any issue, don’t give anyone else to fix but reach out to Aftersales reps. Always use the recommended panel wattage and voltage

sir,this product is very good,it’s bcoz ur own is faulty that’s why,u can take it to their service center in ikeja,they repair it free of charge…….i sell this product and i also use it🥰

This product is one of my best decision in 2026 since I bought it in January it has never give me any issues it carry my inverter freezer very well and my 65inch tv and even my washing machine without any issues. Maybe you bought a wrong one

worst product hithium hero ee 2 full of lie for their specification you see that pv input side naa lie full there, the vdc doesn't reach 50vdc it's from 12-36vdc and they wrote 50vdc on the box that's very bad of them. if you want to use panel don't use any panel that has vdc of 36vdc above so that you won't regret it the way I am regretting mine now, it work well on grid but solar panel charging is worst

My experience is very bad. Mine has been sent to the their office. And I have been waiting for over a month now. Till now I have not seen my device. I bought it not upto 1 months .. just 20 days before i noticed the fault. Turning on an off on its own. I’m still waiting. And I also regretted buying it.

If say na 200ah GEL Battery, 3pcs 200w Panels , 40ah controller & 3000w Sachet Inverter u buy with that same money of hitum, I swear U for still dey use am comfortably till now still on that ur 300w Load. We wey be Dealers know say Solar Generator na Over hype 😂😂 but we go sell am give customer wey no wan take advice
