this works in México because we dont have Wooden flores it's either concrete or ceramic

Vinyl is waterproof but if not installed correctly water will seep through and cause the mold. Spot clean your Laminate and vinyl floors. Porcelain and Ceramic are fine but you can really damage the glazing if you use harsh chemicals. White wine vinegar with water or some companies sell cleaners made for it

No mor, no tenemos drenajes en la sala o algo asi (algunos si los tienen pero no es común), todo el agua se recoge con recojedores/palas en cubetas o pasando el trapeado miles de veces
