@cathslifts: I said what I said. I trained my glutes at 43kg and saw barely any change and that’s cus I barely held any fat there, it was mainly in my thighs. It wasn’t until I lean bulked and reached 48kg that things finally clicked- the muscle I built combined with a bit of fat gave me bigger glutes.
