i don't want to be that person but I feel this is a jump into something that might have been better to consider later on. If you started in big networks, you know that the exposure of the reality of being responsible for forecasting, bringing business and keeping those accounts alive are far from what you do at junior levels. Before anyone comes at me, I work for McCann so I know exactly how these agencies operate and been here for over 5 years. Even at my level of AD, I am not exposed to several responsibilities that come with seniority of BD above. Obviously I appreciate that in four years people can grow but I doubt you can go from recent graduate to managing partner in four years having started in an agency network like Dentsu. I hope it goes well but sometimes one needs to have plan B. There are a million agencies in London and a market that is not exactly growing. Keep safe x
