This suddenly came to my mind, but I remember Taehyun ? (unless my memory is failing me once said that their only dream back then was simply to debut bc They thought debut meant success already, and honestly, after everything they suffered through as trainees, who could blame them for thinking that way? But what hurts the most is that debut was only the beginning of something even harder. Delayed comebacks because of health issues, losing fans so early on bc of it, problems with music shows, endless hate from every direction... they debuted thinking the struggle was over only to realize an even bigger one was waiting for them And I think that’s when they understood that success is more than debut.It’s surviving everything that comes after it too despite losing so much and receiving almost none of the privileges rookie groups usually get, they still kept going with nothing but their hard work and MOAs beside them.Only the real fans stayed, and slowly, all their efforts bloomed into what they are today They did more than any other group ever. After expecting both financial and emotional support, they were met with rejection from both sides they could’ve blown up years earlier, but instead they had to wait far beyond their time to finally bloom, only because of the love and support from their fans. They did more to reach everything we see so easily now, things that other groups often get with support from the start , but not TXT. I’m using Yeonjun here as an example , without his strong ambition and persistence despite being limited and held back especially his first solo album he wouldn’t be the role model so many 5th gen idols look up to today took them years to become what they once dreamed of becoming after debut,because they were basically left behind, ignored, and pushed aside as time passed.They did more because they were thrown into everything with nothing, while other groups were given what they could only dream of seeing #txt #moa #yeonjun
