I’m on my second week or third week and I barely have an appetite during the day. I have to make myself eat and I am just so relaxed and I’m bothered but I hope you get better. Honestly, I’ve been noticing if I drink lots of water on a day and eat more fruits and vegetables. I feel better but it definitely this is my second goal round and it’s very different in a good way.

Right off I had panic attacks, tremors, elevated heart rate (on metoprolol and it would still go high), severe nausea and throwing up. Had to stop after 2 weeks. I wanted it to work for me :(……. On week 2 of buspirone now
