don't stress bro it's all about the tone mark, i think back in grade 1 us Vietnamese learn this in the 1st semester ( so technically 5 months?) 5 months of dedication you'll be able to know the tone mark and where it's placed in each word 😂.

When I learn english, I quickly found out that a word can write differently from how they pronounce. To put it simply let's start with a, sometimes it's pronounced /æ/, /eɪ/ , or /ɑː/. Vietnamese however, is written and read the same way. Once you learn the alphabet, you'll be able to read any word.
