Dapat government ang nagtatayo ng mga ganito. Mabuti me mga private firms or developers na nagtatayo ng magagandang malls. Sana ang govt din nagpapatayo ng magagandang parks, malalaki at modern infrastructure, especial economic zone (industrial and technology) hydroelectric dam, etc. Just sharing my opinion.
