It’s the cops and justice system. A drug addicted ripped open our balcony door (back porch) and screamed at my wife, scared her like crazy she was in tears. Luckily for our dog which leaped at the guy and pushed him back outside and my wife was able to secure the door. The police convinced her not to press charges saying “we can arrest him but the crown will most likely drop the charges, he clearly has mental health issues and no one wants to see him behind bars..” the whole catch and release thing is doing nothing good for any community
