H o will destroy your renal system, it dilates the podycyte basement membranes leaking protein causing protenuria. The cycle continues due to angiotensin converting to angiotensin 2 via the lungs ACE. My gf is dealing w this and she’s 35 and looks super healthy and used to run track in college. Get that shit in check asap

mine went from 160/90 to 119/60 by eating lots and lots of fruit and veggies high in potassium.i never realized the RDA for potassium was so high
