this is the reason why I intentionally don't carry a tumbler with me sa home office ko. I alarm my water intake para I can still routinely walk around the house and walk from the 2nd floor to our kitchen downstairs during my 8 hour work shift. It helps a lot! 😊

Hi Sir, I have the same situation. I had sciatica when I started working from home since 2023. Also tried Chiro, PT, dry needling at iba pa mejo magastos talaga pero hindi siya naka tulong. Right now, I am totally okay becaue of yoga. Yoga helped me a lot hindi ko na naramdaman symptoms ko before. Just daily movement and stretching lang pala ang needed.
