It's bot accounts that are programmed just to scroll the fyp and on posts that are flagged by the tiktok ai as "unoriginal content" (meaning you posted a video that was too similar to other videos for that subject/product) the bot accounts will go back to these flagged videos over and over and to rack up the view count slightly because they view them as other bot accounts ...those are "inauthentic views"

It means that they detected bots or inauthentic views. They adjusted it to what they feel is correct. - Per Chat GPT.
