I really started to pay attention to the food labels. The drinking the calories is big. The other thing is, CONDEMENTS. I love ranch. LOVE IT, but recently acquired a food scale and started really looking at my food. Below is 2Tbsp of ranch (32g) at a whopping 130ca! Yo, I could almost take out a 1/4 of a bottle by myself in one sitting. So I could say to myself, "Oh, I only ate one meal.." yeah, but, I over did it between the condiments and the sugary drinks. It adds up FAST.

I was 325 Started 16/8 IF, calorie deficit, walking 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile after dinner, and started lifting. I’m under 285 after 6 weeks. It’s been amazing.

Doing all of this! And so far in my first week I’ve lost 7lbs! Pretty sure my body is just like wth?? lol Thankfully my job is all walking so just with work I walk 15k steps. I’m eating cleaner foods and making sure I hit my protein goal which makes a huge difference because it keeps me full and energized!
