I cut my corn off the cob.. dice me a 1/2 sweet onion.. melt 1/2 stick of butter with a few tsp of bacon fat.. once all melted at the onions, sweat em out about 3 tbsp of flour mix it real good until it smells like bread then add the corn and cook it down once it gets thick the divide the corn into 4 sections of the pan adding cold milk in the pan add milk as you go.. add salt , pepper and sugar. Add a package of thawed white McKenzie frozen corn 🩵
