Same goal… completely different answers. 👉 Don’t say: “tiny house” “shed conversion” “off-grid” “composting toilet” etc. 🚩 Instant red flags 👉 Say this instead: • “What’s the minimum square footage?” • “What are the requirements for power, water, and septic?” • “What are the approved waste systems?” Now you’re speaking their language. And please… stop telling them your whole plan 😅 They don’t need to be like… “hmm… I don’t like where this is going…” Keep it cute. Keep it quiet. Say less. Ask better.
