CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1984 - SECT 52 So this officer thinks he can do what ever he wants, just by using the word suspicion. He must have reasonable suspicion to be carrying out this search. Or a warrant. By the look on his face he doesn’t have any. They’ll keep doing this type of bs untill we educate ourselves on what they can and can’t do.
