in Victoria (were this was filmed) there is no requirement to have a Bench Warrant in the Polices possession. They only need to know it exists. So he has been stopped as he is driving a car (no reason needed to stop a person observed driving) and is required to provide his detail. Police run these details and find he has an outstanding warrant. End of story. All completely legal.

This happened to me Thursday, no proof shown , arrested, taken to lock up processed THEN shown the warrant that wasn’t signed by a judge, no wax seal from a judge , spent the night and 3/4 of the next day b4 finally getting bail , apparently I didn’t go to court but wasn’t notified, I’ve already wasted 2 years and 15 appearances fighting false allegations from a freemason cop only to have the magistrate recuse herself, no new date was given to start it all over again!!! All over a roadside stop that I refused to do drug testas cop wasn’t wearing the mandatory latex protective gloves so he assaulted me thru my window, even tried to smash it , HX panel van , so I weren’t hanging around to be assaulted more , he followed me home “lights and sirens going , called for back up ( I was 58 at the time “ on my private property, 4 trespass signs from the high court posted clearly but 4 more armed thugs crash tackled me to the ground , I filmed the whole incident from start to finish, I subpoena all evidence and there is NO PROOF OF HIS CLAIMS yet I now have to do it all again (I represent myself in court ) and are learning fast about how corrupt the system is
