@atlantafoodies: My pregnancy cravings have been VERY specific and one night I could not stop thinking about the hunter beef sandwich from Saucely’s 😭 So of course I had to make it right away. Took a chunk of chuck beef, cleaned it, poked holes all over so it really soaks everything in, then marinated it with lime juice, black pepper, black salt, regular salt, a tiny bit of sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and paprika (or Kashmiri chili for that color). Let it sit in the fridge for 8 hours (anywhere from 6-36 works) Then boiled it for about 10-12 mins, checked the temp, and gave it a quick butter sear for that perfect finish 🤌 Sliced it up and yeah, craving satisfied!
