Save || Share || like Follow for more easy recipes @themaayaflavours Ingredients: • White chickpeas 500grm(chana)soaked-overnight • Cinnamon sticks 2-3 • Cloves 4-5 • Black cardamom 2 • Black Tea bag (2) / 1/2 tsp black tea • Spices: • Chill flakes 2 tbsp • Zeera powder 2 tbsp • Coriander powder 1-2 tbsp • Black pepper 1 tbsp • Chaatmasala powder 2 tbsp • Salt to taste • Boiled potatoes 2-3 cut into cubes size • green Chillies 10-15 • Lemons , Achaar • Method : • Overnight soak white chickpeas (chanay) pressure cook for 30 min then in a large pan / karahi add oil and putt boiled potatoes and cooked until colour change then add green chillies in the same oil fry until colour change. In the same pan put some oil and add whole spices cooked until fragrant and add ginger-garlic paste aslo add some water and cook for 5min then add chickpeas (chanay) mix together then add 2 tbsp achaar cooked until oil separate.
