@king_deltoids: With that being said about stimulating reps. All reps are stimulating to a degree but its influence depends on how trained an individual is. A beginner absolutely no doubt in my mind would benefit more from those extra reps from creatine as they have such a large untouched growth potential from all muscle fibers. Even let’s say in an advanced trainer I think it would take YEARS to even see an outcome due to the increase in lower stimulating reps, But it’s performance boost would lead me to suggest it would indirectly help more. I also cannot say it’s not aiding in absolute ZERO muscle growth via pc system as that would be a flawed statement as even if it helped by .1% it’s still helping in that .1%.
