@bradscamera: Let me prove to you that photography is 50% editing. Okay maybe not really, but it is the one thing that separates photographers the most. For me, taking the photo is more of an equation, where editing is the Wild West that has no rules or boundaries. Lightroom is where I look at my photography as more than just “photos.” It’s where the story of the moment is told. Altering the raw photo that much to get to a satisfactory point would raise so many questions about your photography skills or techniques. Besides that the photo would give an artificial vibe if altered too much.
