When you first have bottom surgery you use special firm plastic dilators it’s to keep the area open and you don’t lose depth or length of the newly created vagina you do this 3-4 times a day for 20 months for I think 6-12 months then twice a day for maintenance. Now if your in intimate relationship you don’t have to dilate as often
