Tamago kake gohan 🤤 it took me a moment to get used to the flavour and texture of raw egg but it's so simple and so so good! Don't forget the msg 😂 I've never had it with onsen eggs though, only raw

raw egg is safe in the eu, we mandate salmonella vaccines for hens. If you come around here you can eat them raw 👍
