This isn't a hero/villain story... It's a story on how not establishing your boundaries head on causes issues down the line. In this case its someone who's never been close to others and was being taken advantage of due to jealousy and as she notices how horrible her roommate is she is stuck because she never established her boundaries to begin with causing her to become fed up with it and become irrational. It's raw and has strong emotions that are real and teaches a lesson on being clear and firm of your own personal boundaries as soon as you feel they aren't being respected.

i miss when bad movies were just bad movies and didnt pretend to be good. you get me? theres so terrible movies from ten, 20, 30, 40 years ago, that are fun to watch because you know they know its kinda weird or cringe or just bad. nowadays bad movies dont have any pride in being bad

Honestly I loved the ending, they are freshman in college, no one is the hero everyone dumb I’m glad that they didn’t end up as friends and she didn’t win anything but learned something. Again I think that’s life and especially college

As an architecture student i was so excited watching it and finding out that I can finally relate to a character only to be disappointed and confused multiple times mostly at how much free time she has and still was given the opportunity to present in front of everyone 😭😭😭 don't even understand why so many people were there to an architectural presentation

I think they thought it being a cautionary tale for those other two girls was a justification for the terrible storytelling. Like it was meant to be a bad story and they turned it into a flashback to try and save it by calling it a cautionary tale
