Here’s the thing, eri can only rewind the amount of time that has passed since she last used her quirk. For example, if she waited 6 months to use her quirk after her last usage, she would be able to rewind someone 6 months plus the amount of time she already had stored up. Eri can’t use her quirk to rewind deku back to his OFA days because she doesn’t have enough time stored up.

this is physically impossible. he passed the quirk to shigiraki. so he has no form of power over it. so if he has no power over it you would need to make him younger. but then also with lemilion he had his quirk even when token. deku had no connection to the quirk so it can be rewound and lemilion had his rewound as he still had connections to his quirk in his dna. so eri cant reverse his quirk back
