Social media is too much today . Early 2000 best time wit the telephone cable attached to the wall was enough to me , running 🏃🏽‍♀️from school 🏫 to go at my house to call somebody was the best feeling

You hit the nail on the head. These emotions are part of being human, but social media distorts them, it makes us feel like everyone else is living a perfect life while we are falling behind. Understanding this is the first step to freeing ourselves from it. Thank you for this powerful reminder.

I agree and share your views. All about self-control and self-awareness. Social Media makes people compete to be the best for the world to see because social media is a machine that quickly spreads news & Some human Need recognition, and to be heard. If used wisely, the effect will be good and vice versa.
