im sorry.. NEW? thats a pumice stone plain amd simple. ive used them for many things, my wife uses them for the toilet as well. its not NEW at all sir!!

I cut off a small piece and soak it is water and Dawn for about 15 minutes before I use. Works every time. Also those annoying toilet bowl rings are gone in a minute.
