Nothing :
Hey, I don’t know everything you’re going through, but I can tell you’ve been carrying a lot by yourself. You act loud and energetic around people, but sometimes the people who smile the most are struggling the hardest when they’re alone. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay all the time just to make everyone else comfortable.
Whatever you’re feeling right now stress, emptiness, anger, sadness, confusion it doesn’t make you weak or broken. And hurting yourself or crying alone at night isn’t something you deserve to go through by yourself. There are people who genuinely care about you, even if your mind tries to convince you otherwise sometimes.
You don’t need to have everything figured out immediately. You don’t need to force yourself to be happy 24/7. Just take things one day at a time. Try to rest properly, eat, drink water, and let yourself breathe instead of constantly fighting your thoughts alone. And please talk to someone you trust instead of keeping everything trapped inside your head. A friend, family member, counselor, anyone safe. You deserve support too.
Also, don’t punish yourself for having emotions. Being emotional doesn’t make you dramatic. It makes you human. And even if things feel unbearable at 2am, feelings can change more than you think. The version of you that exists during your worst nights is not the only version of you that will ever exist.
I’m serious when I say this: your life matters more than you realize right now. The people around you would rather hear your problems a thousand times than lose you completely. So don’t give up on yourself, even if your brain keeps telling you to. Healing takes time, but it’s possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
