No money is missing. They counted the tip twice. The three people actually paid 2700 total (900 each), which already includes the 200 tip. That 2700 splits into 2500 for the room and 200 for the tip. The mistake is adding the 200 again to 2700, which makes it incorrect.

many of you are not getting the logic here he said each one of them paid $1000 and got back $100 each which means $900 each. $900×3 =$2700 + $200 tips =$2900 where the $100 goes? 🤣🤣

Its 3000-500 .which is 2500 then divide 2500 by 3 which is 833,3333 each . Then if each got 100 back means they paid 933,333 each which if you multiply it by 3 is 2800 + the tip🫡

3000-500=2,500 here we must say all 3 have payed 2500 which means each one has paid 2500/3=833.333333 and NOT 900 !!! Adding 100 to 833.333333 is 933.333333 …. Multiply 933.333333 by 3 persons is equals 933.333333*3=2800 !!! Now 2800 + 200 tip = 3000 !!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

There’s no missing 100 at all. The three people paid 3000, the hotel kept 2500, they got 300 back (100 each), and the room boy kept 200 as a tip. The confusion comes from adding the 200 tip to the 2700, but the 200 tip is already part of that 2700. In reality, 2500 (hotel) + 200 (tip) + 300 (returned) = 3000. Everything is accounted for.

The mistake in the original logic is this: $2700 + $200 = $2900 ❌ You’re double counting the tip. The $200 is already inside the $2700. Correct equation: $2500 (hotel) + $200 (tip) + $300 (refund) = $3000 ✅

there's no missing 100 dude ,do the calculations correct, 2500÷3 is 833.30 plus 100is 933.30 ×3 is2799.90 +200 is 2999.90 which is 3000.so no missing money 😉

the hotel room/bill is 2,500 Divided to 3 = 833.33 you got 900 back so it's Not the right computation.... you got 66.67 more than what is due.... in reality it's 3,000-200 =2,800 is what you guys put up, 2,500 + 200+ 300= 3000 the bill ain't 2,700....

I will explain it to you. According to the hotel bill they have to pay 2500. Let’s do the math. If we divide with each 3 it will be 833.333 but they paid 900 each. It means 900 itself includes that 200 tip. There is no sense of adding tips money again. So they paid 2700 instead of 2500. And now add that 300 amount which they got returned with 2700. It will be 3000. Hope you guys understad me.
