@abir.sag: ⁨ Orange cake 🍊recipe ⬇️كيكة البرتقال 😍 كيكتي المفضلة المكونات: ٥ بيض ٢ برتقال متوسطه الحجم ١ كوب ونصف سكر ١ كوب زيت نباتي ١ كوب زبادي ٣ و ربع كوب دقيق ١ ملعقة كبيرة فانيلا ٢ ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر ٢ ملعقة كبيرة خل ابيض الطريقة: - في الخلاط الكهربائي نظع البرتقال المقطع، السكر، الزيت، الزبادي، الفانيليا والبيض ونخفق مدة ٥-٦ دقائق. - نسكب الخليط في وعاء ثم ننخل فوقه الدقيق والبيكنج باودر. نخلط جيدا واخيرا نضيف الخل والبيكنغ صودا، نخفق قليلا ونصب الخليط في قالب مدهون بالزبدة او الزيت والدقيق - ندخل القالب في فرن مسخن مسبقا على درجة حرارة ١٧٠ مدة ٤٥ دقيقة تقريبا او حتى يستوي الكيك تماما 🧡 Ingredients: • 5 eggs • 2 medium oranges • 1 ½ cups sugar • 1 cup vegetable oil • 1 cup yogurt • 3 ¼ cups flour • 1 tablespoon vanilla • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 2 tablespoons white vinegar Instructions: 1. In a blender, add the chopped oranges, sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs. Blend for 5–6 minutes until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into a bowl. 3. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture, then mix well. 4. Add the vinegar (and baking soda if using), and mix lightly. 5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 45 minutes, or until the cake is fully cooked. ✨ Optional tip: For a stronger orange flavor, add orange zest to the batter.⁩
