i have changed the pushrims from surge to de carbolife gecko pushrims. They have 2 sizes, s for people with small hands and l they are little bigger

I want a custom so bad!!! I was in the hospital for 4 months, and I was looking into a different rental company, but I had 2 awful docs for the last 2 weeks I was there (new doc every week in the hospital I was at) but then he made up lies about me, and did a sloppy discharge without telling us, so I had no idea I was being discharged, and then the rental company I didn’t want, just dropped of a chair, and it’s SO heavy, bulky, not very nice, I want a custom so bad, one that could give me a bit more independence, but it’s so hard to get them made, and get docs to do their job, being chronically ill is such a curse

I love my quickie argon 2 but if you have a bigger budget tilite is pretty good but I don’t think you will ever beat a rgk sub 4

if you really know what you want in a chair I'd recommend something fully welded like a Hands on Concepts or rgk sub4. Unfortunately, tilite build quality has gone down recently

tip: look into the vicair cushions! i have the actiove o2, and its really good! also washable. the gel cushions where good for a while but after a while i still got pain

Definitely recommend a gel cushion my dad uses one as a full time wheelchair user and it’s helped him loads
