For everyone mentioning the parents considering the fact that Nico most likely went into his parents room used one of their phones to call 911 I’m sure they probably already spoke with the parents. This is adorable though and I think it helps him know that police aren’t scary they are here to help. So if there’s ever a really big emergency he knows who to call and that they will help.
