@leokatieocd: tbh it’s crazy how correlated not doing some of these can be with me having a spiral… these hacks won’t cure you on their own, but I’ve found them super helpful, in addition to learning the right skills to manage anxiety without compulsions… that’s the real key to progress :) I even made an app for the theme I struggled with the most: Relationship OCD It’s called PeachyTalks :) #rocd #intrusivethoughts #rumination #ocd #ocdhelp

I realize that I mostly have worse compulsions when I'm sleeping late, I have a bad body clock so I sleep mostly at 1am. The feeling of uncertainty is worse whn you're sleep deprived!
