Either the market will crash incredibly when all the houses are up for sale but no one has the money to buy it, OR (most likely) private equity companies will purchase everything up for sale and no one will ever own a house we will forever rent!

Why do you want a house? To not be able to afford a mortgage? To pay for repairs? Leaks? Upkeep? Insurance? Property taxes? Be stuck with a house if you don’t like it? Sounds like a lot of debt to me
