Ein Durchhänger 😩 Ich laufe täglich mind. 42,5km (also Marathon) um ALLE Städte in Deutschland abzulaufen - zu Fuß! Die kürzeste Strecke durch alle 2.059 Städte umfasst 495 Marathons. Seitdem Marathon 367 halte ich den Weltrekord und heute habe ich den Städtetrip - Marathon Nr. 414 gefinisht! Hier ein paar Notizen zum Tag: - 𝗘𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗻 Garstedt → Hitzhausen - 𝗮𝗯𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁ä𝗱𝘁𝗲: Quickborn, Barmstedt, Kaltenkirchen, Bad Bramstedt - 𝗟ä𝘂𝗳𝗲𝗿: 17 - 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗳𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗿: 6 + 1 Inliner - 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Torben ist seinen 1. Marathon gelaufen 👏🏼 - 𝗙𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗻: es war nach dem überwältigenden Tag gestern sehr zäh für mich! Jetzt braucht es wieder ein paar Tage um in die Routine rein zu kommen - 𝗛ö𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿: 110 HM uphill und 143 downhill - 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼: 5:03:30 Std. - 𝘄𝗶𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳ü𝗵𝗹𝗲?
