I absolutely hire like this for medspas. And I’m a doctor - who was a server in my youth: if you survived being a server or bartender you understand certain basics of humanity. And can multitask and think on your feet. There’s a bit of spiciness of life and a reality check taught by the school of life. This screening method finds the raw material - then I start training them. I’ve done this for over 20y and it works for both parties: servers also understand economics and performance based pay: my staff stay and earn like crazy.
