Bless your heart. I just moved into my childhood home. My mother started hoarding after Dad passed so the house was completely filled in 8 years. She is in assisted living now (thriving). My sister and I tried to empty it ourselves and couldn’t handle it. Huge kudos to you…the strength it takes…all the processing everything as you go. It’s physically, mentally, emotionally exhausting. You are killing it girl. Keep going.

Go ahead and cure the smell. I think you would enjoy wood plank flooring, cork or engineered wood. Concrete can be hard on your feet, if you drop anything it breaks easy on concrete
