He is supossed to pay but if a couple is going though hardship and the wife wants to help she can help , she’ll get a lot of good deeds and it’s not an obligation from her but that’s not going to make her man less of a man just because he struggled and his partner is helping out . A marriage is a partnership and they both have to help eachother
