Hi Bonney. One thing I do not mention in this video, but I believe it does help, before doing my eyebrows, I always put on a concealer, over the brow area. I don’t use foundation, so this helps me out. After the concealer, I use a press powder. Not a loose. I feel like this gives me a nice, smooth and dry finish, to work with. Then, I do my eyebrows. So, it’s usually skincare first. Then sunscreen. Then concealer over the brow area, followed with the pressed powder. I hope this helps. Please let me know. Big hugs to you, my friend.
