clerics are so fun to frontline with - my favourite character i've played was a melee focused tempest cleric who was the party's second tank, had to solo a boss fight once on one hp while the rest of the party was down and actually pulled it off

My elven sorcerer exclusively uses spells in combat. She’s only ever run out of spell slots once, but I quickly realized everyone forgot she was literally a pirate when she whipped her sword out and switched to melee. That one level of rogue was very helpful lmao
