Tips: Get a pill box …load a weeks worth and set your phone alarms on repeat. Do your exercises 30 mins after meds twice a day. X3 prunes each morning.

I truly feel you. PT makes me feel blah. It's like I'm in a slump and can't get out but I'm fighting. I have made small daily goals it helps, comb my hair, change my pillow cases just simple things. You got this, we got this. 🙏❤️

I am a teacher and I need my peeps. I was bored and lonely, so I went back to work too soon. Worked six days, and I was in so much pain. Going back on disability again. Really feeling defeated.

Me currently, waiting for surgery date, dislocated patella, won't stay in place even with knee brace on 😭😭 I hope you are having a speedy recovery and get to feeling better soon!
