Gosh, I thought it was a win that Trader Joe's had an adobo chicken microwave dinner. (I'm picky, busy, and "lazy".) .......... No. No, no, no. Imo: TJ did adobo chicken dirty. I like mine kind of straight forward though: Tangy, like straight up soy sauce and vinegar almost. The sauce: It was thickened and... oniony? Anyone try it and like it?

Every filipino joint that modernizes and caters toward non-filipinos fails for a reason ppl js don't like filipino food. Gerry's and Max's are catered toward filipinos and have been doing well since their opening

I love trying new filipino restaurants but my mom who is actually one of the best Filipino cooks I know is so judgy of Filipino restaurants and doesnt like going to them, but then loves Jollibee 😂😂

Yes!! It took forever for a Filipino chef for win Top Chef. The food here looks delicious. I ate at a different Filipino spot last summer in New York.

I was told by a Filipino that Filipinos simply don’t open restaurants overseas. If there are Filipino restaurants they’re probably operated by Chinese Filipinos
