so, I've often wondered if we still can sin when we get to heaven. the angels live in heaven, and a third of them sinned and went with the devil. So I often wonder about this question.

It's a matter of freewill and eternity. We have to know the character of God in order for us to understand the consequences of sins. This world is a testing ground.

Completely missed the part about free will on earth. He gave us the option to choose him here , love him here, follow him here on earth. So that we get the chance to be with him in heaven for eternity through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

did created the angels that way and they had free will which meant they were able to fall but not be saved because they understood the consequences. so he ALSO created mankind not in the full presence of God or with full understanding so we could be given the choice to be forgiven, so when we are present with God, the choice has ALREADY been made. so to answer the question, he already made beings in his presence.

Only to see Him as He is, that is more than enough. I know there will be many that will want to speak with Him, maybe hug Him or worship at His feet … and I would love to do those things … but just seeing the one who died for me … being in the same vicinity with Him who loved me first … that would be enough for me.
