Iv suffered OCD all my life, school noticed it and I got help with it straight away! But now I’m over 18 all services dropped me and I’m struggling so much, I feel OCD is my life.

I've done this. I had to wipe my mouth with antibacterial wipes. Then swish mouthwash inside my mouth. I hate having ocd

its never when I open it thst I notice the seal didnt Crack (or maybe it did?) it's when I start to drink. My brain goes "that wasn't sealed... was it? did you feel the snap? did you hear the snap? no.. maybe. POISON!"
