That was a great time for book lovers. Ibn-e-Safi novels had a different charm — suspense, humor, intelligence, and unforgettable characters like Colonel Faridi and Ali Imran. The best part was those neighborhood rental book shops. You could rent a novel for a day or two for a very small amount, exchange it after finishing, and always wait excitedly for the next part. Many people developed a strong reading habit because of those shops. Today most reading is digital, but the feeling of holding an old Urdu digest or rented novel was something special. I love those day ❤️

fabulous! Imran Series by Ibn e Safi and later Mazhar Kaleem, was such a captivating novels which kept us on the edge and on the go, always eagerly waiting for the next part, which we can't miss, thanks to you Sohail Fayyaz Khan for sharing this content, loved it, it revived the memories almost faded away, we used to play X2 and Black Zero, WOW, it has made me feel like 16 again.. thanks 🙏

Mazhar Kaleem improved Imran Series by a mile. He removed that weird air of strangeness and, instead, built a familiarity that would look new every time one read a novel yet gave the feel of a beloved one has knows for ages.
