wtf is this ladies point? so, if four roommates rent a $2800 a month apartment, and a family of four would supposedly have more difficulty, that's NOT the Illegal Immigrants fault! It's the people charging $2800. The other ladies point stands, there is a dearth in affordable housing.

I work for a fair housing agency. Large developers are coming in to build luxury apartments, and that prices people out of their communities. Gentrification like she said! It’s ridiculous to believe that asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants are taking over the housing market.

I still don’t get how 4 vs 1 person making arrangements to pay rent is fault of immigrants. They all end up paying the same rent price. Is not like they get an unfair discount if they have more roommates. The prices of rent is still manipulated by landlord and real state owners.
